Can I brew beer and distill scotch?

If I can fish from my ship and at least distill scotch, that would keen. If not the scotch, the fishing will suffice.

    There will be deep sea fishing, for which you will need fishing boats.

    Brewing will be part of the cooking profession and not its own artisan class.
