Orc/Goblin General and Guardian event? Sounds like fun.. (open discussion)

Thought it would be a neat addition to the goblins or any hive-type enemies with better intelligence in the game to give them the option to trigger an event when a player city is located close to their spawn (forest, caves, rivers, etc) with a high population, the local intelligent races (Examples being goblins, trolls, orcs, or whatever entities happen to occupy the environment) form into a standing army under a General. The General would then attack the city and attempt to raize it, and if he succeeds he becomes a Guardian of that region, as a permanent NPC until he is killed. Would take a lot of AI wizardry to make it happen, but I think it would make the world feel more immersive by making it so that lower end things that would have to happen in society like goblin hunting or culling troll attacks would have to be dealt with eventually, otherwise the threat exists to have a General form. Would also be cool to piggyback on that same AI to make some form or entity like a Nymph that repels players if they harm certain regions of a forest and grow with power as npc's. Not sure how difficult it would be to accomplish from the programming side of things, just brainstorming a concept.

    They have indicated something along these lines in the past with the monster coin event. Although i do enjoy the thought of a general forming a banner and bringing an npc siege against a city.
