Full-Loot PVP? Or no?

I saw the pvp trailer and was wondering if the pvp in the game is going to be full-loot pvp or not.

Pvp is not full loot. When a player dies, others can loot a certain percentage of the materials, processed goods and certificates the players carries. This percentage varies depending on the flagging status of the dead player.
