Email saying I’m unbanned?

I got an email saying I am unbanned I dont recall ever being banned and i haven’t logged on in forever. I’ve done nothing to be banned, did anyone else get this email?

    That's a known bug. You're were not banned and there were no actions taken against your account.
    That bug usually occurs when you change your email.
