Any thoughts on cc options that are themed to kits?

Like a fire mage that gives an "on fire" cc where monsters are temporarily feared and spread it to other mobs while doing ticking damage.
or
A frosted debuff that slows and slows auto attacks until X stacks that freeze the target.

Just something I thought I would toss out for people to think of fun ideas for different archetypes/talent trees.
