Hi there,
After the recent new reveal on basic weapon combat, this idea kinda hit me and it will surely enhance the customization on what sort of character you have, although I feel like this might be an already discussed subject, I do like to know what everyone thinks of it and if its something to be considered.
The idea is to have different stances for every weapon in order to identify what sort of character you're playing, take the great sword for example, holding it upwards with both hands, giving the impression of a mighty and strong character, but what about other stances for it, perhaps your character is more smug and confident, then perhaps we can make it look so by choosing the stance where we hold the sword by resting it on our shoulder, or maybe your character is serious and cunning, how about the stance where you simply hold it out on the side with one hand? and so on...
I believe this could really put an impact on customization, specifically for the RP community, every weapon may have a couple of weapon stances that players may choose, I feel like 3 or 4 stances for each weapon is a realistic amount.
But I'm more curious what everyone thinks, is it a good or bad idea?...or maybe there is something that can further develop this idea?
I'm looking forward to hear from everyone
