If somebody made a character in alpha will that name be taken on launch as a saved character or will everything reset?

    Hello,

    Name reservation is a feature included in the "Voyager plus pre-order pack".
    I assume it means that if you get this package, you'll be able to get this name for yourself, at least for launch, and maybe also for alpha 2 & beta 1 & 2.

    If anyone creates a character in alpha without this name reservation, it is very likely that this name will be available at launch!

    Characters created in any testing phases and their names will be wiped prior to launch and not carry over to the release version.
    The name reservation from the pre-order pack will allow you to reserve 1 name on 1 server (for the release version) as soon as name reservations open.
