Questions regarding Alpha 2

Hi, I am very excited for Ashes of Creation and have a couple of questions.
1. The Wiki says that the Alpha 2 will be a persistent alpha and that it will stay active until the launch of the full game. Is this true?
2. How long will the purchase option for entry into the Alpha 2 be available. I am waiting until I see cosmetics that I want before I buy entry into the Alpha 2. I'm just worried they might cancel the Alpha 2 entry before I see cosmetics that I like.
3. Will the Alpha 2 server be limited to only one region? I live in Australia and I am worried that if the servers are only in NA than I will have bad ping. Although it wont stop me from buying into the Alpha 2.

1. Wiki just has the info that Devs have said, so unless you don't trust devs - you can trust wiki.
2. They'll tell us about the sale stopping way before they do (if they ever stop tbh, cause that's ez money for Intrepid). This still doesn't guarantee you your preferred cosmetics cause that shit's subjective.
3. I thiiink they've said there'll be a few servers? Can't confirm though, and even if I could I'm not sure if SAE/AU would be a priority server for testing.

ngl I bought a pack for beta access with cosmetics I don't even like because of fomo. It's not even the main draw of their fomo tactic but I fell for it nonetheless. I am deeply ashamed lmao

OCE servers may not be provisioned until Beta for Ashes of Creation (the MMO) and live launch for Ashes of Creation Apocalypse.[12]

Q: What is the current status on getting OCE servers, US east is very laggy for us OCE players and US west server were down, which were a bit better. Not much has been heard recently.

A: During our testing phases, we won’t have OCE servers, until we hit BETA for the MMO, and live launch for APOC.
