Personal/Master/DKP Loot systems

Will there be Personal/Master/DKP Loot systems and if so can all of them be an option in Ashes i think giving more options to the players to decide guild wise what time of loot council they wish to do is important. Random dungeon groups i think should start off on personal or a need/greed system because you don't know the players and it feel it speaks for itself.
