Is there going to be non-conventional quest/raid rewards?

Typically a quest or raid reward will be either gear or gold. Veknar, I hope you can get them to answer this, but would there ever be any rewards such as unlocking a new race, unique spell, or access to a VIP location?

    There will be social organization questlines that grant access to specific augments along with other more niche benefits.
