How rare exactly will flying mounts be and what will a player need to achieve to get it.

What would a player need to achieve to get a flying mount in game when it releases.

    Basically a legendary raid drop that is only temporary or you need to be a guild leader whose guild controls a castle or a mayor who controls a level 6 node. So roughly 20 people on a server at a time I would say?

    So flying mounts are only temporary mounts none of them are permanent even as a legendary drop?

    In a way yes. The drops expire over an amount of time. Then the castle/node leader mounts last as long as you can hold your position
