looking for a Py'rai crafting/PvE focused guild

High, I'm a long time player of ff14 who has recently gotten interest in ashes of creation. Interested in a Py'rai guild with a focus on PVE, crafting and caravans. Yet i've been having a hard time finding any guilds that are even Py'rai focused, much less specialized into the more mercantile and pve focused side of the game. So I decided to try finding a guild in the opposite way. If anyone knows of a guild that has the above focuses, I would appreciate the recommendation.

    iv also been keeping my eye out for this sort of guild. id imagine it isint one thats been created yet
