Sprinting animation "ring" around field of view

Hello,

I'm currently watching some alpha gameplay, i noticed, if someone is sprinting, then animation will show up around the field of view, its "creating" the feeling of going fast.

Can we please have option to disable it? It blinks alot and when you are running for to long time then my eyes will hurt (yeah, im weak

), even i had problem while watching videos, because i have severe migraines.

Yeah I hope it can be disabled.

It just makes me think of Initial D memes. All it's missing is the over the top eurobeat.
