relicts weather change

Hey everyone,
it would be really fantastic if the relics wich can change the weather would shoot a beam up to the sky which would then spread from the highest point.
Imagine you are questing and you look up at the sky and see some kind of energy covering it and behind that kind of energy the weather would change.

Weather manipulation is a cool idea, not sure if its a thing or not atm, maybe it is for scientific nodes im not sure.

Bad weather is planned as a disaster.

A raid boss, such as a winter dragon, may appear because a node has developed to Town (stage 4). This may bring an eternal winter that affects crop rotations until it is killed.[7][8]

If some players want sunny days then crops might not get enough rain.
I've seen players who complain about rain. Also some streamers say that viewers don't like rain. I started to get annoyed by rain haters

But that energy covering the sky could be a signal that a siege is starting. Would be a nice effect.
