Bard's Music integrated with the Environment

I think it would be really cool if bard music abilities tied in with environmental/battle/boss music. I'm not saying it needs to be a DDR game (though that might not be the worst thing), but hearing a bard's instrument accompany boss battle music could be really epic. Just a thought...
