Can cut huge tree right away but need to be more proficient with advanced gathering skill to harvest young small twig tree?
If anything it should be the opposite, at first you should't be able to cut the big grown trees, start with small young trees to advance to the bigger ones etc..
This way the game also benefit from the wider scope effect as you're also immediately exposed to resources you're yet able to harvest but only their smaller version and as you progress the actual amount you collect also grows together with the physical visual representation of such resource
bigger = slower harder but more
smaller = faster easier but less
just my 2 cents

But for someone who was cutting trees in New World, the system is indeed the other way around. I'd say Amazon doesn't care about the rain forest!
Low skill gatherer cut the sapling. Tree dies. Collect (5) young wood units.
High skill gatherer can cut some branches but doesn't damage the tree, it keeps growing to full maturity. Collect (5) young wood units. And when the mature tree is felled by any skill level gatherer they collect (5) wood unit.
Bro, u gotta a Tibia profile pic, so i must ask, as a fellow tibian who's looking for a mmo like such, because i can't seen to find anything remotely as good as a tibia. (come on, the tibia's grind is just perfect)
Is this the game i'm looking for or it's just a minecraft mmo with tons of gathering and gathering and gathering and ........
Also, will it quit the "you can be whatever class you want so your decisions doesn't matter" or if i want to be a damn healer i'll be a damn healer from the start and no hocus pocus now iam a warrior bs?
