Heavy attacks?

I might have missed it, Did devs mention anything about heavy attacks? ref. ESO and New World

By heavy attacks i mean holding button to make one powerfull strike

As I recall, the "press and hold" mode for shortbow was to continuously fire, suggesting that it's different for every weapon type, so we've at least got that information.
