Glorious Alpha Two Testers!

Alpha Two Realms are now unlocked for Phase II testing!

For our initial launch, testing will begin on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 10 AM Pacific and continue uninterrupted until Monday, January 6, 2025, at 10 AM Pacific. After January 6th, we’ll transition to a schedule of five-day-per-week access for the remainder of Phase II.

What is the chance of winning a key for alpha 2 nowadays? I would really like to participate in the next stage of the game, but I don't have the financial conditions to buy and participate, I'm a big fan of the project and I've been waiting for a game of this magnitude for many years since the time when the lineage reached the chronicle of the high five and lost interest.

    I'm not sure whether the chances of winning a key are publicly known, but seeing how they already sold 3 times the keys they expected to have for Alpha 2, I wouldn't hold my breath over it.

    And while I understand that people are hyped to get to play this game, at the stage the project is in I think it would be much healthier to enjoy being able to observe the development process. My best guess is that the game will have it's Beta in 24-30 months and maybe release by the end of 2026 - provided nothing major goes wrong. So there is plenty of waiting ahead which is why I recommend finding joy in the process towards the finished game. Counter to what most people say, it is in their best interest for Intrepid to not rush this.

    Luckily enough for you, there's ample amounts of time in between now and Alpha 2, and even longer between now and release.

    You could literally work at McDonalds for a week and have enough for A2.

    Or if McDs isnt your style, Only fans is always an option.

    Hey, screw even getting a job. Just go stand on the side of the street at rush hour and hold up a sign that says, "I need money for a video game, I promise I will not buy drugs or alcohol." You'll skip the hiring process and wont have to pay taxes. I hear it's anywhwere from $100-200/8hr shift. So, 2 days and you're good.

    Trust me, it must be good money because the same people have been doing it for 2yrs at this one spot near my work. The guy literally has a sign that says, "I'll take anything you got to give me." That's it.

    At the moment not that great. They usually do the giveaway for extralife toward the end of the year. I think they they gave out around 20 keys for that last year. My friend was lucky enough to get one.

    But alot of people also donated and got keys of their own to give out which has been happening. I'm sure we'll see more key giveaways closer to the Alpha release.

    But I'm also sure that you'll have alot of competition if you're hoping to win one as the hype around the game is high.
