Costumes and Gender

I was curious if costumes would be locked to the gender of the character? IE lets look at the royal costume from kickstarter. The male is in golden armor and female is in a dress. Would it be possible to choose the costume appearance based upon choice?

Costumes and gear are indeed gender locked. If you have a wedding dress and put it on a male, it becomes a tuxedo. If you have a tuxedo and put it on a female it becomes a wedding dress.

Costumes are not gender or race locked, but can adapt based on a character's gender and race.[11][12][13][14]

Translation: If your costume looks different on a Renkai vs a Vek it has slight changes to appearance. So you would still get a Renkai wedding dress on a female, and a Vek tuxedo on a Vek male.

  • Enchanted clothes that adapt to the wearer. Does that mean if there is a magic jammer everyone gonna be naked. xD
