Ran a former powerhouse PvP guild back on WoW (Barthilas) - <calm your beard son>
If anyone is interested on a PvP focused guild please feel free to comment below, PvE will have its own focus due to gear but as always the focus is around PvP (Arena/Sieges/Open World)
