what will happen when I buy the preorder package that has another alpha two key, I won one in the past and was wondering what would happen. is it possible for me to give that a2 key to a friend of mine or not?

    Nope, this question has been asked and answered a few times by them. It is not possible to gift A2 keys that have been won. If you buy a package you will still have access to A2, you do not have duplicate.
