    Im fine with group centered and limited buffs.

    I'd say except in the case of the spontaneous world events. You want people to quickly come togeter to deal with a world event or boss, in order to promote social gameplay.

    So for the autofill type of groups make it raid wide. For more organized dungeon style raids keep it group centered.
