In the latest livestream we saw the new ranger showcase, and if you had not noticed, that's actually a female vek. It looks, walks, and feels just like every other character they have shown so far. I am hoping that this is just placeholder to show off the model itself, but I was really disappointed that you just couldn't tell at all without seeing the face. They have shown that they are arched, and lanky but overall tall. I know the females are slightly shorter, but still.
I hope that this will be adjusted in the future showcases because we really need the other races to start showing their faces. They are your ticket to standing out against the visuals of games like new world or bdo. I understand that "standing out" may sound like something you dont need to focus on in these early days (lul 7 years but yes early) but I believe this will help with the feel of the game for the many of us that are just watching the updates.
