Mining System Idea

What do you think of this idea for a mining gathering system?
I made an animation for it but I'm not sure how to post it here. it seems like video isn't allowed
please forgive typos, I know there are a few ;)

    While I normally really dislike those timed skill checks we see in some games, this actually seems pretty good. As long as this isn't something where the player will have to decide and time the clicks in super quick millisecond increments, I might actually enjoy this.

    Now, I would have missed this thread completely if it wasn't for the golden feather stream. If you want more feedback from other people, I can really recommend either asking this to be moved to General Discussion, or just reposting it there. :smile:

    As for the animation, upload elsewhere and just link it :smile: People will check it out I am sure.
