Customizable Tombstone! Hear me out...

I know I'll be met with some goofy eye stares and 'u crazy!' whispering, but hear me out!

Dying in AoC is going to happen, whether it's pve or pvp.

So, why not go out in style, with a customizable tombstone?!

If mtx is a thing for pets, mounts, etc, why not a tombstone?

Suggestions:
- custom art.
- custom decals (Ex: "CopiumTV swam with the fishes" engraving if dead at sea).
- environmental tombtone: have a barrel floating around instead of a tombstone if dying in water/submerged.
- bigger tombstone hitboxes, not just a pile of rubble and equipment on the ground.
- spooky audio (graveyard themed, etc etc).

Endless posibilities, as long as it follows the character/world design.

And be it only for Immersion and/or Roleplay-Reasons. Why not be able to customise one or "SEVERAL" Tombstones when we are for Example the Owner of our own Freehold ?

I heard there will also be "static Houses" inside a Node, who are apparently not "instanced living Rooms", like when living at an Inn.

Inside these Houses inside the Nodes, we could have a "small Shrine", similar like Japanese People. A small, tiny, Miniature-Tombstone with for Example where we write the Name,

of for Example a deceased "Pet", or Friend, or imaginative Family-Members,

and write a Line, like :
- Beloved Friend
- Beloved Pet/Dog/Cat
- Loving Husband. (R.I.P. John Wick, lol)

Whatever else comes to mind to write as a VERY short Sentence beneath the Name of the imaginative, deceased Character.

Better ask for that since now - instead of in a few Years already and i will still not be in the Game. lol 😁

I'm really hoping there's something akin to world of warcrafts flag of ownership that you can plant in someone pile of ashes.

This is why we turn only into a small, smoldering pile of Ash when we die ingame ... ... ^^

the Thought of how many People might have died already who were excited for this Game since 2018, is actually kinda scary. 😅

My thoughts go to the lore: does every playable race even use tombstones/burial for their dead? Maybe some cultures use cremation or something else. *shrug*
