Alpha 2 more keys maybe?

NightrunNightrun Member, Alpha Two
Yes I know I should have bought this earlier. But I was saving for it 25$-50$ month. Didnt realize it was a limited item. I'm Still saving, hoping pity will be shown to us poor folk and you open it up for a couple days. Maybe for $300, or $350? Help a poor brother out with another opportunity.

I'd suggest just following Intrepid on social media and discord. Take part in any giveaways that might pop up in the future and maybe at some point they'll start selling access again as well.
  • Since package sales closed, Mags has mentioned a couple times in streams that there MAY be a chance to get keys further down the line, depending how testing phases go etc. Nothing guaranteed.

    Keep everything crossed.
The girl watched the last of the creatures die and murmured a soft 'Thank you' to her rescuer.

The stranger's eyes lifted to the blood red cloud on the horizon.

'We have to move. It's not safe here.'

I can upgrade my KS package for $500 to get 5 beta keys.

I was thinking about doing that to help 5 people out, but obviously they'd have to pay the $100 each to make it happen.

It wouldn't help anyone with Alpha though.

Appreciate all the advice. Will do my best to follow them all. Like the rest of you I work 10 hrs and take care of mom, so I'm not on social media like i probably would need to be.

All you gotta do is spend, like, 5 minutes daily to just check for any updates. Discord has the news channel, twitter is just a quick scroll and forum/email is just a quick check. There's no need to be "always on".

Good News Bad News is - > i wouldn't expect any Possibilities to still buy an Alpha II and/or Beta-Key, anytime soon.

Probably - the only Option in which Keys get sold again, will more or less likely be for the Beta.

  • Seems like they want to keep the hype up whilst keeping the player base down. The less people that leave negative reviews the better the company will look. Imagine testing an MMORPG with less than 100,000 players to stress test the server.

    Yes, that perspective seems imagined.

The true Stresstest here, is that People like me are hyped since September of 2023,

and the Alpha Two STILL feels so far away, while every monthly Presentation has me hyped for it. :D

Imagine ranting about game tests while the announced game test hasn't even started.
Can you review the year 2025 for me quickly?
The answer is probably >>> HERE <<<

well you dont need more than that to stress test, considering that each main server isnt going to have 100k players on it its fine, they find out if the server framework they have can work for that and go from there, then when release comes they just duplicate the server infrastructure and bam "perfect servers", then they just gotta make sure they handle all the rest of the load of downloads and people logging in etc.

from the wiki Around 8-10k concurrent users per server is projected. Initially there will be a limited number of registered accounts (approximately 15,000) per server to help mitigate login queues. This limit will increase over time to around 50,000 registered accounts per server.

on a side note if you are leaving some sort of blatantly negative review in a alpha test then you shouldnt be the type of person testing. not saying dont leave feedback but if its a blatant this game sucks blah blah blah without any proper feedback then steven probably wouldnt want you testing it anyway.

too many people think buying a pack and getting access means getting to play the game early and expect it to be in its finished state, yea you do get to experience earlier than everyone at release but its in a more unfinished state than Steams Early Access model.
