housing/buildings appearance

It would be nice, while crafting a building (housing, artisanship or business), to be able to choose and set the appearance between : shining brand new or used/worn out or dilapidated.
I'D rather build my freehold buildings (all of them) as "worn out" for my necromancer alchemist than having shining brand new ones! (question of professional credibility B) ).

You can always buy a nice skin for your freehold buildings. (Things like forges/accommodation/taverns etc)

Here's some abandoned/haunted/crumbling/ramshackle everything is on fire style ones we've seen. 36w81rxjeuiv.png

The world is beautiful whenever you're here.

    Oh dear.

What a glorious Collection of Appearances. Sure gives me a bit of hype. This will be definitely among the most popular things for Freehold Owners. If People can choose how exactly their Buildings look like, aside from the typical Race-styled Buildings of the Owners Race.

Will your Freehold look like a small Manor befitting of a Noble ? Or like a Ruin or Tomb ? I like especially if One can adjust/adapt it to the Climate/Biome.

Like : is your House snow/ice-covered ? Or maybe completely dry and clean like in a hot Climate where barely ever a drop of Rain falls ? ;)

Got some of thoose thanks to my pledge.
I was more talking of being able to choose between different finishes when crafting the building. (for any kind of building, not pre made ones (even if they look nice).

And like Aszkalon bringed on the table, will the skin of a pre made building (bought from the shop) which has a skin with snow on top and around it, will still have it when built in the desert biom?!?!?

And hopefully the biomes climate will have influence on it. I think about snow on the roof, a thin layer of ice on suitable surfaces and the like. Or sand accumulating at certain corners of buildings where it looks like it makes sense to have some there.

Like dear Dripyula also said - > it would be best if for Example in the Desert Biome - > if it is a Place in which Sand-Storms are possible,

then it makes Sense that in some Corners could be smol' Amounts of Sand accumulated.

In snowy Biomes maybe Frost and Snow.
In Volcano-Mountains like Biomes - hmm maybe Ash ? ;)
