Saw this in a youtube video and thought it would look really cool if something like that made it into the game.

    I wouldn't rule out something of this bio-luminescence aesthetic in the underrealm where the Tul'nar are. In fact, I kind of expect it.

    From the AoC wiki: "The Underrealm is a rich environment where bio-luminescence abounds in the fauna and flora that exist here. These deep caverns and underground valleys provide new destinations for civilization to develop. Bringing the node system into the depths of the world may awaken darker creatures than the surface."

    I personally hope Sir Steven and his mighty Crew will surprise us with something H~UUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE regarding the Underdark umm u i mean "Underground"-World of Verra.


    Even Worst of Warcraft had nice Idea's back in their Time, during Wrath of the Lichking. There is so much Potential for amazing Underground-Landscapes.

    Looks a bit like Aberration from Ark, the map is segmented into an above ground, green, blue, and red areas skip to about 11 minutes in this video to see what the blue area looks like. It's the most bio-luminescent part of the map.

    Jokes aside, I would really like stuff like that, and I think Intrepid is working on those kinds of things for the environment. It really gets the adventure mode kicked in :).
