Preliminary Alpha 2 Cleric Feedback

I know that Alpha 2 hasn't even begun yet, but after looking at the abilities of the Cleric, I have some initial feedback I'd like to provide and get opinions on, this will be general feedback on the Cleric archetype.
The Cleric feels overpowered currently. The fact that it basically has a monopoly on legitimate healing in AoC, and has such robust offensive potential feels like the devs are taking it too far. The intention seems to break the "healer jail" stereotype, and while I agree it needs to be broken, it feels like there will need to be a balance, so as not to overpower the Cleric class. If the intention of the game is to have the classic "trinity" role composition, the Cleric cannot fill the role of a primary DPS, it would lead to the Cleric archetype being overplayed, and a blurring of the line between the classic Tank, DPS, and Healer role. I can see the Cleric providing secondary DPS, but in it's current form, if a DPS archetype was chosen, it feels like the Cleric would be able to provide more DPS then a healer class every should be able to.

I like the direction they're going with giving the cleric a choice on balancing offense and healing, they'll prolly have to prioritize some stats for either heal or offense.
Moreover from what I saw, most impact cleric skills require a long casting time, during which they can be CCed and they're not dpsing.
Are you suggesting clerics just forget about pvp and just be healbots or always roam in a group in a full pvp game ?
If they have similar dps to a ranger for example while healing everyone, yeah I agree they would be overpowered. But if they have 30% of a pure damage classe's dps what's the problem with that ?
Are you suggesting a cleric speccing into some DPS at the detriment of some heal should not be able to DPS at all ?
This is a huge issue in GW2. I really hope IPS will let healers tag enemies via their *group* mates damage.
