Bug report system in A1 was it effective and which part was not effective

Hello
I wasn't sure where should I be writing about this or should I even be writing about it here. But I'm mainly asking in regards to the test in A1 (since the NDA was lifted when it comes to voice and text and it's being completely revamped from what was seen and shown through the dev streams), specifically the player bug report feature outcomes.
I'm mostly looking for feedback and outcomes on/from it. Such as the negatives from these types of report ( in game report by the players ).
-Was there a lot of false flag report or overly reported bug how much of it was useful as cross-reference and how much of it was useless? ( I would assume something like map seamline or anything related to texture ( unless it crashes the game kind of like skyrim and their textures shenanigans with file format and conversion) could be considered as a false flag )
-Was there problems with players not following the recommended procedures of reporting if so how much of a liability was it?
Were there any positives with this type of reporting and did it out weigh the negatives ( in terms of time lost and the amount of actual useful bugs that were found ).
Just to be clear this is only about the bug reporting system that was used in A1 with it's procedures and how effective/noneffective was it . This is nothing like a comparison of A1 with the current build being shown in dev stream as it's kind of understandable that current AoC shown on dev stream is an entire different game from A1 AoC.
If possible can examples be shown in terms of bug being useful when it comes to cross-reference and how fine of a line would it be from going towards a overly reported or is it more the merrier type of thing.
This post and questions is mostly for satiating my curiosity.
Sorry, just in case this is not the right place for these types of questions.
