alpha 2 donation not showing in my account any more

i bought the alpha 2 package back in September of 2020 it has been in my profile for over 2 years and now it is suddenly gone why where sis it go

You should be able to see it here: https://ashesofcreation.com/settings/inventory
If you have a lot of items in your account inventory, you might have to scroll to see everything.

If you did scroll all the way to the end and don't see "Alpha 2" anywhere, please submit a support ticket here: https://support.ashesofcreation.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
