Bought alpha/beta package

I bought my founders pack years ago. There's no chance I would ever ask for a refund in a million years. I'm beyond pumped for the game.

But, how do I go about changing my package? The one I bought years ago is worse than the same priced founders pack you can get today. I would like to get in the Beta 1 phase instead of waiting for the Beta 2 phase.

    According to recent updates from Intrepid Studios, packages for accessing Alpha 2 will be available again in the near future. This likely means there will be an opportunity to upgrade your current package to one of the new offerings, which may include Beta 1 access.

    - Thank you! I've tried reaching out to the support team and they haven't been too much help. The one I talked to basically told me to buy another founders pack again. I love the community and the people working on the game. I want to support all I can, but I'm not buying the same package twice.

    You said you bought a founders pack. You can upgrade that pack still at the link I posted above if you are logged in
