Bought alpha/beta package

I bought my founders pack years ago. There's no chance I would ever ask for a refund in a million years. I'm beyond pumped for the game.
But, how do I go about changing my package? The one I bought years ago is worse than the same priced founders pack you can get today. I would like to get in the Beta 1 phase instead of waiting for the Beta 2 phase.

lowest price package is your upgrade to the next level. You need to be logged in to see them.
To make this upgrade, keep an eye on the official announcements from Intrepid Studios and their official website. When the new packages are released, they should provide details on how existing founders can upgrade their packages. This will allow you to secure Beta 1 access and any other benefits included in the new packs.
In the meantime, you can also reach out to Intrepid Studios' customer support for more specific information regarding your current package and potential upgrade options.
- Thank you! I've tried reaching out to the support team and they haven't been too much help. The one I talked to basically told me to buy another founders pack again. I love the community and the people working on the game. I want to support all I can, but I'm not buying the same package twice.
