Bought alpha/beta package

I bought my founders pack years ago. There's no chance I would ever ask for a refund in a million years. I'm beyond pumped for the game.

But, how do I go about changing my package? The one I bought years ago is worse than the same priced founders pack you can get today. I would like to get in the Beta 1 phase instead of waiting for the Beta 2 phase.

- Thank you! I've tried reaching out to the support team and they haven't been too much help. The one I talked to basically told me to buy another founders pack again. I love the community and the people working on the game. I want to support all I can, but I'm not buying the same package twice.

You said you bought a founders pack. You can upgrade that pack still at the link I posted above if you are logged in

As nanfoodle said. Just log in to the shop and buy the upgrade.

There's no exchanging packages but you'll be glad to know the new cosmetic items you get come from the last preorder pack. Not from whatever the pack was that you apparently don't like and want to change.
