Ring around the Bard

It may be petty but I wanted to say something about the pulsing light ring signifying the Melody being used. I find it distracting. It's significant enough that I couldn't play Bard when I otherwise would. A colorized mist could indicate the Melody or no indicator at all. Maybe a foot trail of color could indicate, although that sounds like it could be technically challenging, At least the foot trail is not around the chest. At chest high you can't see a Bard without the pulsing hula-hoop.
