Suggestions - Assisting Ashes of Creation

Good morning, as we discussed via email, here are some suggestions. I have more details about them, if you are interested, just get in touch.
** The suggestions below come with the idea of creating several parallel games that could be released before the main game, as individual games, they will later be included in the complete "Ashes of Creation" package and can be played by players of the main game, or continue as an isolated platform for other players!.
*** 1° - Board games containing main monsters, character classes, territories, etc.
- It is a way for players to start getting up to date with the types of monsters and character characteristics, in addition to the names of the game's mini bosses and big bosses.
- This game will initially be a mixed model that combines the best of different types of games that are already on the market. I already have a prototype. It mixes card games with board games, with a focus on competitive models, where we can have a 10-player competitive mode, 1v1, 2v2, team vs team.
This game can be released via iOS, Android, PC, Playstation, etc., and then, when the game is officially launched, it will be included as a mode that can be opened within the game through duels between players or open championships when interacting with an exclusive NPC.
- The pieces, skins, etc., will be within the MMORPG as achievements that can be traded among players, and can be dropped as bonus items from chests, monsters or quests.
*** 2° - Racing game with mounts divided into 3 categories (Land Racing, Water Racing and Air Racing), and within these we will have 3 style divisions (battle, speed racing, racing with battle), it would be a mix of "Mario Kart", "Crash Bandicoot Racing", "Trackmania Turbo", Need For Speed Underground" and "Rocket League".
We can explore the best of the main games of the "racing" franchises but focused on the magical world of RPG, where instead of "improving the cars" we will improve the mounts.
This game would also come multiplatform in a separate way, taking advantage of the maps, monsters and mounts that already exist, where after the launch, it will be available for MMORPG players to also access within the game and have fun, playing with other players, both from the isolated platform "just racing" and with the other players of the complete game "Ashes of Creation".
The idea is to have individual modes (1v1), tournaments (10 players), duos (2x2 or 5 duos), in different modes.
*** 3° - Fighting Game using multiplatform models, which will be the basis for studying character, magic and balance improvements!
In this mode, we will have different styles, from a MOBA style (Smite, Predecessor), to a Warzone style model with medieval magic and weapons (Naraka: Bladepoint, Spellbreak), a model of objectives and team fights (Valorant, Rogue Company), as well as 1x1 fights, between teams or tournaments (Super Smash Bros, Blade Symphony, The Duel).
This style will be very important at the beginning for balancing the classes. Initially, players will be able to enter with low level items, and as they play, higher levels will be available. The higher the ranking, the better the level for players to take and test in different modes. While players get to know the different classes and spells, debuggers will be able to evaluate the balance between classes!
We know that some of them will not be ideal for playing in 1v1 mode, such as the Healer, but in duo and team modes, it can be the difference. Now, the point is, in a battle or war within the MMORPG, all classes have their fundamental role and balancing them is a great challenge. These modes, in addition to helping to collect data for this purpose, will also help to create different game modes that will bring more fun to players, both in the initial, middle and end-game modes! Taking advantage of the existing maps, monsters, classes and spells!
To start with, this model will have predefined classes, items and spells (divided between classes), but when the game is released, these modes will be available to be played with your main character and your team or guild!.
**Note: all the modes above are ideas to come independently, and can be released before the main game, with the objective of helping both in the immersion of the players, as well as in the generation of information to improve the main game!
They should come taking advantage of what already exists in the game, from terrains/maps, classes, monsters, bosses, etc.
I already have many of the ideas above assembled in the form of a spreadsheet/document, principles, rules, ideas, etc. Since the part of game creation, design, textures, etc., is not my specialty, I was concerned with documenting the game ideas so that in the future I could find a partner with whom I could bring them to life!.
I believe Ashes can be this partner!
