UI Elements on Separate Screen?

Just as the title suggests, I think it would be great to be able to move some/all UI elements to different screens.
Want the map to take up 1/4 of a monitor? Done.
Want to keep your inventory and quest logs open? Done.
Want to have several in-game chats side-by-side? Done.
All the while your main screen as clean (or cluttered) as you like!
Sorry if this has been discussed somewhere already. I did a quick search but didn't see anything obvious.

But I think it would require some kind of hacky workaround for them to develop it, because Windows doesn't support things like that very well.
Interface can probably already be customized to multiple input devices.
Maybe ask in the upcoming live stream.
