New Alpha Packages

4 years ago I bought a package for $150.00 and it gave Beta 1 access. Now you can buy Alpha wave 1 for $120.00 Seems kinda shitty to leave behind the folks that have been here waiting for many years. Can we request a refund and buy the new package and save $30.00????? Seems like we have already paid for the Alpha wave. So it an oversight or a money garb?

    previous beta packages come with rewards these new packages don't have.

    However intrepid did realise their fuck up and you do have a relatively cheap upgrade path if you log in to the shop which allows you to buy alpha 2 access for 25 dollars.


    Rather than upgrading to voyager for an extra hundred dollars to play the alpha if you don't care about the cosmetic, gametime and embers that come with it.

    We do offer a 90-day refund policy which is posted on our website.

    The $150 Expeditionary packages also come with 4 months of game time, a couple of cosmetic items, and 5900 Embers. There is significant value in those other items.

    However, we do offer an upgrade option for Expeditionary package owners who wish to add Alpha Two to their pack. You can view this $25 Add-on by signing in to the Ashes of Creation Shop.
