Alpha 2 game time

I am considering purchasing the alpha 2 access but have one question regarding game time. I see the package says it comes with 1 month game time, but am wondering if thats a game time code for the official release or am I required to purchase game time to access the alpha and future betas?

    You can access all the testing phases you bought into until they end, without consuming game time.
    Game time can be used after the official release instead of paying the monthly sub fee.
