I am pretty sure I paid something way back when I first heard about Ashes...think around 2015ish. My player name would be Stargem. How/where would I find that information?

The first available purchases you could have made would have been in 2017, not 2015. If you did make a Kickstarter/Summer backing purchase then, or if you purchased a package from the Intrepid website later, it would be reflected in your inventory. You need to log in with the email you would have provided for that account at the time of purchase (would be the same one you call "Stargem") and then check your inventory. If there is something there, then you bought something, if there isn't, then you have confused this with some other purchase probably. The only other option is to go back through whatever payment option and history (credit card, Paypal, and so on) that you might have used and find some sort of proof of purchase there. If you do, and there is nothing on your account, fill out a customer service ticket and link them any available documentation that supports your claim of "I think I bought something, where is it?"
