Activating action combat9

In previous videos, Stephen has described activating action combat as pressing a button (z) to toggle action combat on and off. I would greatly appreciate it if we could get an option use action combat while holding a button and leave action combat when the button is released. Personally, I would use my right mouse button so I could aim around and attack, just like I am playing an FPS while holding the right mouse button. Upon releasing the right mouse button, I could just move my mouse around and click on things as needed. Personally, I think this is the best way to play first person.
