Glorious Alpha Two Testers!

Alpha Two Realms are now unlocked for Phase II testing!

For our initial launch, testing will begin on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 10 AM Pacific and continue uninterrupted until Monday, January 6, 2025, at 10 AM Pacific. After January 6th, we’ll transition to a schedule of five-day-per-week access for the remainder of Phase II.

Where are the Alpha 2 Wave 1 packs?

Hi all,
Got the email this morning telling me all about these Alpha 2 wave 1 to 3 packs.. I'd like to jump in for the November 8th test start but I cant find any bundles called Alpha 2 Wave x or similar.. Does this mean they are all sold out? The "Buy Now" button in the email just takes me to the general shop, not to the mentioned bundles.. Have looked at the whole shop down to the stuff that costs $30 and no mention of the packs..

    Thats my point, there is not !! I have looked at every item of about 5 pages down to the skins for about $30 and see no sign of any Alpha 2 bundles.

    If you see skins in the shop, that means you have purchased either a pre-order pack or a Kickstarter pack in the past. In that case, you should see various upgrade bundles in the shop.

    To get Alpha 2 access, you either need the Voyager pre-order pack (if you bought a pre-order pack) or the Founder pack (if you bought a Kickstarter pack).

    Ahhhhhhhhhhhh right - Thanks for that... Yes I bought the £50 beta 2 pack back in 2019 :)
    OK i've the founders pack and can see Alpha 2 in the description... It Doesnt mention any wave but thanks again..

    Greetings wolfhammer,

    The Wave Bundles will only show in the Ashes of Creation shop if you do not already have a Pre-Order or Kickstarter package.

    If you do have a previous package, you will want to check your Account inventory to see if you have the Alpha Two item, as that is what will give you access to Alpha Two. If you have a lower-tier package that does not grant Alpha Two, you can upgrade in the shop to a pack that does.
