How does one download the launcher for alpha 2

Pretty much what the title says, I can't find an answer for how the launcher for Alpha 2 will work. Do we get an email, should i already have access to it and can't find it? any and all help will be appreciated.

    Any current testing is under NDA. If you were in it, you would know. If you aren't, then you wait along with everyone else that has A2 in their package for an email shortly before October 25th if you had a package before they stopped selling them, or November if you bought a Wave 1 package currently on offer.
