Auction House Feature Missing?

I've searched through the AOC wiki for the ability for players to place "buy" orders on the auction house and couldn't find it mentioned. A crafter who needs certain materials could place a buy order on the auction house and have players sell to fill the order. Eve online has such a feature which works great IMHO.
An example would be A crafter who needs 100 refined leather. Instead of constantly checking the market to see what is available, they place a buy order for a volume and price they are willing to pay. A refiner see that buy order and fills it from stock on hand but can't fill it all. The refiner puts up a buy order for raw skins so that he can refine them and fill the rest of the order. She doesn't have to keep checking the market for the skins.
The crafter sees that there is a refiner who keeps filling the order so contacts him and sets up a private buy order with the refiner at an agreed price. The refiner does the same with hunters who have been reliable suppliers of raw skins. Each step of the chain now has a reliable source with a predicted price they can use for financial planning. In the real world this is called a "supply chain".
A successful business is based on providing a product or service of a quality and price demanded buy those with a need willing to pay for it. In order to profitably price the product or service, the business needs a stable supply chain with predictable costs and availability of raw materials. A buy order system help this process.

We don't know how the system will work as it won't be implemented until Phase 3.
Nodes will have auction houses for their node. Economic nodes talks about linking other AH from other nods. I do wonder if thats just for other Economic nodes or can it be does to other node types?
This is not correct. All nodes will have player stalls, only economic nodes and vassals of an economic metro have auction houses. (At stage 3 or greater of course in all cases)
