Почему у меня не появилась возможность скачать клиент игры - у меня куплен набор позволяющий играть в альфа 2 - приобретен он был в 2020г - все данные аккаунта есть, чек и история покупки тоже имеются и если нужно могу предоставить, хотел написать в поддержку саппорт но страница не открывается, что мне делать?!? Good afternoon! Why did I not have the opportunity to download the game client - I bought a set that allows me to play alpha 2 - it was purchased in 2020 - all account data is there, the receipt and purchase history are also available and if necessary I can provide, I wanted to write to support support but the page does not open, what should I do?!?

Also, they updated the website last week and there are a few bugs as a result. That's probably why you're having trouble opening the page.
If that page doesn't open, please try a different browser. Also make sure that this domain isn't blocked by your internet provider.
Alpha 2 is starting on October 25, and the launcher is not available for download yet.
