Does the gleam giveaway key give access to all of alpha 2 and does it allow access to the betas?

"Owners of Alpha-2 access from previous pre-order packs, Kickstarter, and Summer crowdfunding will have access to all phases of Alpha 2 starting from the weekend of October 25th. This includes recipients of key giveaways, but giveaway keys do not grant access to the Beta phases."
