Artisan/Profession Filtering

I'm not sure it has been suggested or brought up before, but a lot of groups and guilds are creating independent spreadsheets and various forms for people to gather information on Class, Artisan, expertise etc.
I would like to suggest a function inside of the guild where members can search for the artisan they need from someone, their proficiency in that artisan (level or mastery) and organize those members. Such as adding an Artisan tab in the guild UI when you hit the Guild key (G), not only just seeing the members and basic guild info.
If this has been suggested before then great, but if not, just wanted to throw it out there because it would be incredibly useful.
