Best streamers and places to watch Alpha 2 gameplay

First off, I am extremely excited about Ashes of Creation, as anyone should be who is scrolling through discussion boards for a game not launched yet. I wanted to create this post for two reasons:
1) Where can I find the best places and streamers who will consistently show off current gameplay and balanced discussion?
2) And as a question toward Intrepid, have you considered hiring or promoting specific streamers who can show off all that the game in its current state has to offer?
To go a little deeper into these two ideas, I seem to have difficulty finding streamers who have a balanced approach to AoC. Many of the ones I have glanced at seem to enjoy bashing and questioning every little thing that Intrepid has put forth. As Steven has said multiple times, this game is in development and much can still change, they are working super hard to make this the best experience, and without a doubt, all 200+ employees at Intrepid care about its success far more than any random gamer who thinks they know how to develop a game. Fair discussion and sharing of ideas is still important (in fact, it is what Intrepid take great pride in through listening to their testers and the community at large), but criticism must be constructive and shared in a responsible way. If you don't like something, suggest another idea and share it with them politely and tactfully. Or you can scream and rant, and no one will take you seriously. (ok, sorry for the rant)
Please share any Twitch, Youtube, etc. streams you have found that you enjoy. I would love to find someone to follow. (also, I am signed up for Alpha 2, but still have to wait for two weeks)
Thank you all!

Guy actually plays the game, figures things out, and engages with his chat to explain these things. He's not constantly afking the game to talk about random irrelevant crap. He can do both and quite well.
