Alpha 2 issue

I was told by someone in my previous discussion that I would have access to the October wave for Alpha 2 testing since I pre ordered a bundle back in 2021 that came with both Beta accesses, but then last week I had purchased for an additional $25 the alpha access add on. Now when I try and log into the launcher to play I get an access denied message. This is infuriating to say the least as I spent $175 already for this game so I could play with my buddy starting today. What is the issue and why do I not have access??

One) servers are off line being reset atm.

Two) This is not early access. It is a testing phase.

Three) Link your account to the discord. You will get more information there.

I did not purchase early access I bought the $25 Alpha 2 testing add on. It was called Alpha 2 expeditionary add on or something. If the servers are down I will try again later. Thanks

I am getting a notification that says I do not have permission, and to try again, but, to also check the discord forums for a schedule... But, I have alpha 2 access, so I do not know what I am missing here...
