Phase I of Alpha Two testing will occur on weekends. Each weekend is scheduled to start on Fridays at 10 AM PT and end on Sundays at 10 PM PT. Find out more here.

Alpha two first wave bundle but cannot see the download button

I bought Alpha two first wave bundle but I cannot see the download button on your website.
In the website it says "Players can download the game launcher by logging into their accounts on our website and clicking the download button that appears on the main page. This download button will only display for users who have Alpha Two access starting on the October 25, 2024 date. If you are a Wave Bundle owner, please return on the corresponding date that your access begins in order to see the download option."

    Alpha-2 Wave 1 access starts November 8th, ZichMoore.

    When you get some downtime, refresh yourself on the details of the product that you bought (from your Intrepid receipt) ... or click one of the stickied links at the top of the Forums for all things Alpha-2.

    You actually quoted the answer in your original post. You own a Wave bundle which doesn't start until November 8th (two weekends away, basically). It may be available for download a day early before access opens similar to how there was a pre-Alpha 2 download and testing day, but there's no guarantee you'll get in earlier than the date advertised for the Wave bundles.

    It's a little confusing. There's Phase One, and then there's Wave One. Looks like you can't download the launcher until a couple days before you have access?

    The problem is there isn't enough info on when download becomes available. The only thing i could actually find just said there should be a download link on the main page once you've bought in so it's confusing. Nothing says you don't get download access until right before the weekend opens up. Yes i think most people understand you can't PLAY until the weekend of the 8th, but nothing says you'll be unable to DOWNLOAD until then. Generally people don't like to have to download on the day of access as depending on download speeds and size it may take a significant amount of time.

    I keep seeing posts like this with responses saying "do your research" yes, we did, and we know when our access is, but nothing in the bundle or posted i can find says the download won't even appear until the weekend comes. This is obviously confusing from the amount of posts asking this same question. It leaves those of us who bought wondering if something went wrong.

    AFAIK you'll get an email with the instructions on November 7th.
