[Bug Found] Game Crash from Settings Adjustments

The image is the attached file for the crash.
To describe what happened. I simply went to lower my graphics quality in the main menu, where I adjusted the settings, super resolution, and checking the "Optimizing Shadows" feature, and then game crashed.
