I've just launched the site for alpha 2.

Interactive Map

Contains almost all the POIs, spawns and gatherables in the game. Gatherables are mostly random and I offer 3 ways to visualize that: spawns/spawn areas, heatmaps, and routes (user-generated).

Database

This still needs a ton of work tbh, and I will focus on it a lot next week when the servers are down.

Immediate plans are filters/sorting options, adding quests and other datasets, and adding more stat calculations.

Character Planner

The planner right now features skill trees for all classes and weapons. Some skill descriptions still need improved parsing and contain placeholder descriptions but most stuff is there. You can also pick gear, and I will improve the gear picker soon-ish too. Road map: stat calculations, better gear picker.

Looking for feedback and bug reports to improve the site as much as possible in the next few weeks. I'll keep this thread updated as much as possible with new features.

Eh, a huge amount of work done, you did well, but of course it would be better if all these data bases, BIS, Logs and other information that forces us to play according to the guide were not there. The developers did not add this information to the game map to make the exploration and journey more interesting. Such resources spoil it (like WoW WoWhead, and logs.

The site will be updated regardless after every major patch. Depending on the changes it might just take a little longer, but most of the time updates should be fast.

I've also added hunting creatures to the DB and map, and a lot of other features and improvements to the DB, loot tables, and planner.

Updated to the latest patch. There have also been dozens of additions to the site. Some highlights:

- We've just launched the first version of our curated build section with 1 starter build for each class.
- Named mobs now have a separate filter and search on the map.
- Routes now support text markers and multiple lines in one route.
- Clicking on a POI or mob on the map now opens a detail view with loot.
- It's now possible to leave *b]comments[/b] on most things on the map.
- Looking up a mob on the database now shows their level ranges color-coded on the small, embedded map.
- Set items now show all the other pieces in the set for quick navigation.
- Recipes have been added to their own database category and now show more details. There is also a filter by profession and certification level.
- Resource bags now show the slots they have.
- ...and a bunch of other things I probably forgot.
